Abstract:
With the sequencing data of
Camellia oleifera as the research base, the SSR was searched through MISA software, and the SSR characteristics were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that a total of 104 515 SSR were found and distributed in 80 724 Unigenes. The distribution density and the average frequency of occurrence were 1/1.48 kb and 33.58%, respectively. MNRs and DNRs were the major nucleic acid repeat types. A/T and AG/CT were the dominant repetitive bases. The proportion of the 10 repeats was the highest. The motifs′ length was concentrated at 12-20 bp, which was accounted for 51.71%. The SSR in the transcriptome of
C.oleifera have significant quantitative advantages, rich types and good polymorphism potential.
