木醋液对猴樟幼苗土壤养分有效性的影响

Effect of Wood Vinegar on Soil Nutrient Availability of Cinnamomum bodinieri Seedlings

  • 摘要: 以1年生盆栽猴樟幼苗为材料,分别用体积比0%、1%、2%、5%的木醋液进行处理,每7天检测其土壤pH值、电导率值、有机质含量、有效钾含量、有效铁含量,NH4+-N含量、NO3-N含量和有效磷含量,分析木醋液对猴樟幼苗盆栽土壤养分有效性的影响。结果表明:木醋液处理能影响猴樟幼苗土壤养分有效性,第21天时,各土壤养分含量处于迅速下降或稳定趋势,1%浓度处理的土壤pH值、EC值、NH4+-N含量、有效钾含量、NO3-N含量和有效磷含量显著低于对照,土壤有机质含量和有效铁含量显著高于对照;2%浓度处理的土壤有机质含量、NH4+-N含量、有效铁含量显著高于对照,而EC值显著低于对照,土壤pH值、NO3-N含量、有效钾含量和有效磷含量与对照差异不显著;5%浓度处理的土壤有机质含量、NH4+-N含量和有效磷含量显著高于对照,而NO3-N含量、有效铁含量、有效钾含量显著低于对照,土壤pH值、EC值与对照差异不显著。因此,2%浓度处理对改良猴樟幼苗土壤养分状况效果最好,宜每21天施用1次。

     

    Abstract: The annual potted seedlings of Cinnamomum bodinieri were treated with wood vinegar solution of 0%, 1%, 2% and 5% respectively. The soil pH value, electrical conductivityvalue, organic matter content, effective potassium content, effective iron content, effective phosphorus content, NH4+-N content and NO3-N content were detected every 7 days. the effect of wood vinegar on the nutrient availability of potted soil of C. bodinieri were analyzed.The results show that the soil nutrient availability could be affected by treatment of wood vinegar in the seedlings of potted plant, and the content of soil nutrients decreases rapidly or tend to stable after the treatment of 21 d. The soil pH value, EC value, NH4+-N content, effective potassium content, NO3-N content and effective phosphorus content of soil treated with 1% concentration are significantly lower than those of control. Soil organic matter content and effective iron content are significantly higher than those of control. The content of organic matter, NH4+-N content and effective iron content of soil treated with 2% concentration are significantly higher than those of control, and EC values are significantly lower than those of the control. The soil pH, NO3-N content, available potassium content and available phosphorus content are not significantly different from those of the control. The content of organic matter, NH4+-N and available phosphorus in soil treated with 5% concentration are significantly higher than those of the control, while the content of NO3-N, the available iron and the available potassium are obviously lower than those of the control, and the difference of the pH and EC values of the soil is not obvious. Therefore, 2% concentration treatment has the best effect on improving the soil nutrient status of C. bodinieri seedlings, and it should be applied once per 21 d at the time of treatment.
