模拟氮沉降对天山云杉林土壤酶活性的季节性影响

Seasonal Effects of Simulated Nitrogen Deposition on the Soil Enzyme Activities in Picea schrenkiana

  • 摘要: 2016—2017年的春、夏和秋季在天山云杉林林下进行野外模拟氮沉降试验,分析模拟氮沉降对天山云杉林土壤酶活性(脲酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶和蔗糖酶)的季节性影响,为研究氮沉降对生态系统变化的影响提供依据。结果表明:氮沉降对土壤脲酶活性有微弱的促进作用,对多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性具有显著的抑制作用;中氮和低氮对土壤蔗糖酶活性有促进作用,高氮具有抑制作用。对0~10 cm土层而言,春季模拟氮沉降增加后,各处理间土壤酶活性差异均不显著,夏季和秋季模拟氮沉降增加后,各处理间土壤酶活性差异均显著;对10~20 cm土层而言,夏季模拟氮沉降增加后,各处理间只有蔗糖酶和过氧化物酶活性差异均显著;秋季模拟氮沉降增加后,各处理间只有多酚氧化酶活性差异均显著。高水平的氮沉降可能抑制干旱区山地森林生态系统土壤酶活性。

     

    Abstract: In the spring, summer and autumn of 2016−2017, the field simulated nitrogen deposition test was carried out under the Tianshan Picea schrenkiana forest. Seasonal effects of nitrogen deposition on soil enzyme activities (urea, polyphenol oxidase, peroxidase and invertase) was analyzed and simulated. Provide a basis for studying the effects of nitrogen deposition on ecosystem changes. Results show that nitrogen deposition has a weak effect on soil urease activity and significantly inhibited polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activities. Medium nitrogen and low nitrogen have a promoting effect on soil sucrase activity, and high nitrogen has inhibitory effect. For the 0−10 cm soil layer, the soil enzyme activity difference is not significant after the simulated nitrogen deposition in spring. The difference of soil enzyme activity in each treatment is significant after the simulated nitrogen deposition in summer and autumn. For 10−20 cm soil layer, only the difference of sucrase and peroxidase activities in each treatment is significant after the increase of simulated nitrogen deposition in summer. After the increase of simulated nitrogen deposition in autumn, only the difference in polyphenol oxidase activity is significant between treatments. High levels of nitrogen deposition may inhibit soil enzyme activity in mountain forest ecosystems in arid regions.
