酸胁迫对科罗拉多蓝杉幼树光合作用和抗性生理特征的影响

Effects of Acid Stress on Photosynthesis and Resistance Physiological Characteristics of Young Trees of Picea pungens var. glauca

  • 摘要: 土壤酸化已成为较为难以治理的生态难题,选择适植树木对其进行修复性改造是一条较为合理的手段。罗拉多蓝杉具有一定的耐酸性,为探讨其幼树耐酸胁迫的生理机制,分别对1年生植株进行pH为7.0(CK)、6.0、5.0和 4.0的酸胁迫4周,研究蓝杉幼树的光合作用特性、叶片有机渗透调节物质含量及抗氧化酶活性的变化规律。结果表明:当pH≥6.0时,植株的光合气体交换参数(净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度)均呈上升趋势;当pH<6时,光合作用参数均呈下降趋势;当pH≥6时,叶片内的游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量均呈上升趋势;在整个试验pH区间内,可溶性糖含量随着pH的下降而下降;当pH≥6时,过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均呈上升趋势;当pH<6时,二者活性均呈下降趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量变化趋势与二者相反。综上分析,蓝杉幼树耐酸胁迫的生理调节阈值可能在pH 6.0左右,其可以在轻度酸性条件下更好的生长,在栽植过程中,应避免强酸对其造成有害影响。

     

    Abstract: Soil acidification has become an ecological problem that is difficult to manage. It is a reasonable means to choose suitable trees for restoration. Picea pungens var. glauca has a certain acid resistance. To explore the physiological mechanism of acid tolerance of young trees of P. pungens var. glauca. The acid stresses of pH 7.0 (CK), 6.0, 5.0 and pH 4.0 were treated for 4 weeks in P. pungens var. glauca. Then the photosynthesis characteristics, leaf organic osmotic adjustment substances and antioxidant enzyme activities of the young saplings were measured. The results showed that when pH≥6.0, the photosynthetic parameters (net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance) of plants showed an upward trend; when pH<6.0, the photosynthesis parameters showed a downward trend; when pH≥6.0, the concentrations of free proline and soluble protein in leaves increased; the soluble sugar content decreased with decreasing pH throughout the experimental pH range; when pH≥6.0, the activities of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) showed an upward trend; when pH<6.0, both activities showed a downward trend; the change in malondialdehyde (MDA) content is contrary to the other two. Based on the above analysis, it suggested that the physiological regulation threshold of acid tolerance of saplings may be about pH 6.0, which can grow better under mild acidic conditions. Strong acid should be avoided to cause harmful effects in P. pungens var. glauca planting.
