木质素基碳纤维力学性能的研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanical Properties of Lignin-based Carbon Fibers

  • 摘要: 木质素基碳纤维不仅拓宽了工业木质素剩余物的应用领域,而且降低了化工碳纤维的制造成本。为了更好的制备高力学性能木质素基碳纤维。对国内外木质素基碳纤维材料研究成果进行了归纳总结。对高力学性能碳纤维的形成机理、制备方法、微观结构进行分析和总结,然后从影响碳纤维力学性能的分子间成键种类、纤维聚集态、表面微孔、纤维直径等进行归纳,以期为今后高性能木质素基碳纤维制备和机理形成的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Lignin-based carbon fibers not only broaden the application fields of industrial lignin residues, but also reduce the manufacturing cost of chemical carbon fibers. In order to better prepare lignin-based carbon fibers with high mechanical properties, the research results of lignin-based carbon fibers in China and other countries are summarized in this paper. The formation mechanism, preparation method and microstructure of high mechanical properties carbon fibers were analyzed and summarized. Then, the types of intermolecular bonding, aggregation, surface micropore and fiber diameter which affect the mechanical properties of carbon fibers are summarized. It can provide reference for the study of preparation and mechanism formation of high performance lignin-based carbon fibers.
