Abstract:
The old branches and branches of new germination buds in indoor potted plants in the spring of
Cerasus pseudocerasus were selected as explants. The effect of hormone treatment time on the induction of cluster buds were studied. Different concentrations of 6-BA, NAA, IAAand IBA were used to induce proliferation and rooting of cherry in the study. The results showed that the buds were the best choice for cherry explants. The explants were sterilized with 75% alcohol for 7 s and 0.1% corrosive sublimate for 9 min, with low pollution rate, low browning rate and 60% germination rate. The shoot induction medium was Murashige and Skoog medium (MS) with 1.0 mg/L 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) and 0.2 mg/L 1-naphthlcetic acid (NAA), the proliferation coefficient attained 3.92. The rooting medium contained 1/2 MS with 0.6 mg/L NAA, and the rooting rate was 100%. The proportion of substrate for transplanting and curing seedlings was 40% humus and 60% red clay, the temperature (with a moisture cover film) was 25±2 °C, the humidity was 80%, and the survival rate was more than 90%.
