Abstract:
Using fine yellow tuber as materials, this paper sets up a factorial design with habitats and growth years, and studies the interaction effects of these 2 factors on growth and medicinal active ingredient content of
P. cyrtonema by applying the membership function to evaluating the cultivation mode effect comprehensively. The results are as follows: effects of growth years have the greatest impact on the growth and active medicinal ingredient content of
P. cyrtonema, and reach a significant level on all growth indicators and medicinal component index; the impact of forest habitat is at lower level, but also significant on the removal of seedling height and ground diameter and all index effect. In the interaction of 2 factors, the interaction of habitat type and growth year was significant except for the preservation rate. The comprehensive evaluation of membership function shows that the combination of bamboo forest for the forest habitats and average growth years for 4 a reaches a maximum value of 0.938 in membership function, 1.000 in the growth indicators of the membership function value, 0.875 in the average value of the medicinal active ingredient content index. The group reveals a best comprehensive effect in all cultivation patterns.
