低压射频放电冷等离子体处理改善圆竹表面涂覆性能的影响

Effect of Low Pressure RF Discharge Cold Plasma Treatment on Improving Surface Coating Properties of Bamboo Culms

  • 摘要: 采用单因素交叉实验方法,探索冷等离子体处理时间、功率和气体3个因素对圆竹竹青和竹黄表面润湿性的影响,通过液相滴定法对被处理竹青和竹黄进行接触角测定和表面能计算,将冷等离子体处理的竹材浸胶、干燥后进行扫描电镜观察,分析冷等离子体对竹材表面的处理效果。研究表明:经过冷等离子体处理后,竹青和竹黄表面的润湿性提高,具体表现为接触角显著减小和表面能增大,获得的最佳处理工艺为:时间180 s、功率200 W、处理气体为氧气;经过冷等离子体处理后的竹青和竹黄表面对2D树脂的浸入和涂覆效果较好,具体表现为表面无明显皲裂现象发生及表面更加均匀、平整。

     

    Abstract: The treatment time, power and gas species of the cold plasma treatment on the surface wettability of bamboo outer skin and inner skin were tested by single factor cross test method. The contact angle and surface energy of treated bamboo surface were determined by liquid phase titration and calculated, respectively. Finally, the treated bamboo by the cold plasma was followed to dipping and drying, the effect of cold plasma on the bamboo surface was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation method. The results show that the contact angle reduced and the surface energy increased by cold plasma treatment, leading to the wettability of bamboo surface was significantly improved. The optimal process of cold plasma treatment was obtained: 180 seconds, 200 W of power and oxygen. The impregnation and coating effect of 2D resin on the outer and inner skin of bamboo by the cold plasma treatment was better than neat process; the bamboo surface was more uniformed and flat .
