Study on the 3 kinds of Edible Fungi Culture with the Wood Residues of Gastrodia elata

Abstract: In order to improve the utilization rate of forest resources, and realize the recycling of the wood residues of Gastrodia elata in the cultivation and production of edible fungi, the cultivation of bagged materials of 3 edible fungi of Pleurotus ostreatus, Auricularia auricula and Lentinus edodes mushroom was carried out with the wood residues of G. elata cultivation as the main substrate. The effects of different formulations on the mycelium growth rate and fruiting body bioconversion rate of the 3 edible fungi were determined. The results showed that the wood residues of G. elata can be used as bagged cultivation substrate for edible fungi. When some corncob materials were used, the bioconversion rates of the 3 edible fungi were significantly improved. The matrix formula B (60% fungus + 30% corncob) had the best cultivation effect, and the bioconversion rates of the 3 edible fungi increased to 59.45% (Pleurotus ostreatus), 50.32% (Auricularia auricula ), and 52.49%(Pleurotus ostreatus), respectively.
