单宁热固性塑料的制备及性能研究

Preparation and Characterization of Thermosetting Moulding Tannin Resin Based Plastic

  • 摘要: 以单宁、糠醇、乙二醛、环氧树脂为原料,在实验室条件下共缩聚制备天然单宁—糠醇—乙二醛—环氧树脂硬塑料,通过对其压缩强度、三点弯曲强度、布氏硬度的测试,表征塑料的力学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜观测塑料的微观结构,通过接触角和表面能测试表征塑料的疏水能力,通过差示扫描量热分析表征TFGE树脂的固化性能。结果表明:环氧树脂的加入增加了单宁—糠醇—乙二醛树脂的固化温度,增加了树脂的网状结构,使制备的单宁—糠醇—乙二醛—环氧树脂硬塑料与酚醛塑料相比,具备更高的布氏硬度、抗压强度、弯曲强度和疏水能力。

     

    Abstract: Natural plastic based on tannin-furfuryl alcohol-glyoxal-epoxy resin (TFGE) has been prepared by the co-condensation of tannin, furfuryl alcohol, glyoxal and epoxy resin under acidic condition in laboratory. The mechanical properties of the plastic were characterized by compressive strength, three-point bending strength and Brinell hardness tests. The microcosmic of the plastic was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The water resistance ability of the plastic was characterized by contact angle and surface energy tests. The curing property of TFGE resin was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that the curing temperature of TFG resin and the network structure of the resin system increased by the addition of epoxy resin in tannin resin system. Thus, the cured TFGE plastic has higher Brinell hardness, compressive strength, flexural strength and better water resistance compared with phenolic plastics (PF).
