橡胶树无性系苗期生长和光合生理特性的比较

Comparative Analysis on Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Hevea brasiliensis Budding Clones

  • 摘要: 为选育速生、光合高效利用优质橡胶树无性系,以11个橡胶树无性系为材料建立对比试验区,并对1.5年生苗木的生长性状和光合生理参数进行了测定,应用方差分析与相关性分析,比较橡胶树不同无性系的苗期生长和光合生理特性。结果表明:参试无性系间茎粗、株高、叶蓬数、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和瞬时水分利用效率等各指标差异均达极显著水平,净光合速率和胞间CO2浓度差异达显著水平;8个指标表型变异系数为9.96%~40.54%,相对极差为24.06%~102.70%。3个生长性状间两两呈极显著正相关,光合生理参数与茎粗和株高间相关性均不显著。所测橡胶树无性系中614号无性系生长表现最好,其次是617号和621号;618号和621号无性系光合利用效率及水分利用效率较高。

     

    Abstract: In order to select and cultivate high-quality Hevea brasiliensis clones with efficient utilization of photosynthetic products, 11 H. brasiliensis clones were used in a high clone trial. The growing characteristics, photosynthetic traits, and physiological parameters in 1.5-year-old seedlings were determined and analyzed. The growth and photosynthetic physiology characteristics of different clones of H. brasiliensis were compared by ANOVA and correlation analysis. The results showed that the differences in stem diameter, plant height, extended unit number, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, and instantaneous water use efficiency among the clones were statistically significant among clones. The differences in photosynthetic traits of net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were significant among clones as well. The phenotypic variation coefficient of 8 indexes ranged from 9.96% to 40.54%, and the relative range ranged from 24.06% to 102.70%. Correlation analysis indicated that pairwise significant positive correlation was found among the 3 growth traits. There was no significant correlation among photosynthetic physiological parameters, stem diameter and plant height. Among the tested H. brasiliensis clones, No.614 had the best growth performance, followed by No.617 and No.621, No.618 and No.621 clones had higher photosynthetic and water use efficiency.
