野葛扦插生根的影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Cutting Rooting of Wild Pueraria lobata

  • 摘要: 以野葛藤蔓为材料,随机区组试验设计,研究了生根粉浓度、处理时间、插穗年龄和插穗节间下保留长度,对生根性状的影响。结果表明:野葛藤蔓不同年龄插穗生根性状差异显著,0.5年生藤蔓插穗生根率最高,达到91.77%,1.5年生插穗的平均生根数量、根系平均长最大。低浓度的生根粉有促进插穗生根作用,随着生根粉浓度的增大、处理时间的延长,野葛藤蔓插穗的生根性状呈下降趋势,以1.0×10−4 g/cm3生根粉处理1.5年生野葛藤蔓插穗的生根率、平均生根数、根系平均长等生根性状最好,分别为87.07%、9.28条/株、(3.94±1.28)cm/株。野葛藤蔓插穗主要为皮部生根型,节间处最容易生根,根大多着生在藤蔓插穗背面和节间处。

     

    Abstract: In the study, the vine of pueraria lobata was used as the material, and the randomized block design was used to study the effects of ABT1 concentration, treatment time, cutting age and the length of cuttings retained under internodes on rooting characteristics. The findings indicated that the rooting characteristics of cuttings of different ages of P. lobata vine were significantly different, the rooting rate of 0.5-year-old vine cuttings was the highest, reaching 91.77%, and the average rooting number and root length of 1.5-year-old cuttings were the largest. The low concentration of ABT1 can promote the rooting of cuttings. With the increase of ABT1 concentration and the extension of treatment time, the rooting characteristics of wild P. lobata vine cuttings show a downward trend. The rooting rate, average rooting number, average root length and other rooting characteristics of 1.5-year-old wild P. lobata vine cuttings treated with 1.0×10−4 g/cm3 ABT1 are the best, which are 87.07%, 9.28 strips per plant, (3.94±1.28) cm per plant respectively. The vine cuttings of P. lobata are mainly of the skin rooting type, and the internodes are the easiest to root. The roots are mostly located on the back and internodes of vine cuttings.
