赤霉素对香花油茶花芽分化和春梢生长的影响

Effect of Gibberellin on Growth of Spring Shoots and Flower Bud Differentiation in Camellia osmantha

  • 摘要: 以进入结果期的香花油茶植株为材料,采用摘叶法和赤霉素法每隔12 d对香花油茶进行处理,分析花芽分化关键期喷施赤霉素对花芽分化和春梢生长的影响。结果表明:3月14日至4月19日期间为香花油茶花芽分化关键期,在此关键期喷施800~1 600 mg/L的外源赤霉素对香花油茶花芽形成有显著的促进效果;在花芽分化初期喷施200~6 400 mg/L赤霉素均促进了春梢的伸长生长,对春梢粗度和节间距的促进效果更明显,且越早喷施越好,但各浓度赤霉素对春梢腋芽总数均没有显著影响。

     

    Abstract: The effects of gibberellin on flower bud differentiation and spring shoot growth at the critical stage of flower bud differentiation in Camellia osmantha were analyzed. Plants at fruiting stage was treated by leaf removal and gibberellin application at the 12-day interval. The results showed that the key period of flower bud differentiation was from March 14 to April 19, and during which spraying 800-1 600 mg/L gibberellin could significantly promote flower bud formation of C. osmantha. Application of 200-6 400 mg/L gibberellin at the early stage of flower bud differentiation promoted the elongation of spring shoots, especially the diameter and internode spacing of spring shoots, and the earlier spraying the better. But gibberellin application had no significant effect on the total axillary buds of spring shoots.
