Advances at Phenotypic Plasticity in Plant Responses to Environmental Factors

  • 摘要: 植物的表型可塑性是同一基因型受不同环境的影响而产生的不同表型特征,是性状对异质环境的权衡,是植物对环境的一种适应与表达。通过系统梳理了植物表型可塑性研究发展的基本脉络,聚焦了气候、地理以及生物环境对可塑性的影响及其响应机制;总结了在全球气候变化的背景下,今后植物表型可塑性研究的几个重要方向。认为国内表型可塑性的研究还需要进一步深入,尤其是多因子对植物可塑性影响的过程与机制需要加强。

     

    Abstract: Plant phenotypic plasticity is the different phenotypic characteristics of the same genotype affected by different environments. It is a trade-offbetween plant traits and heterogeneous environments, and is an adaptation and expression of plants to the environment. Herein, we combing the development of research on phenotypic plasticity from an integrated, with a focus on the climate, geography and biology environmental factors that affect plasticity and its response mechanism. At the same time, several important directions for future research on plant phenotypic plasticity in the context of global climate change are summarized. It is believed that the research on phenotypic plasticity in China needs to be further deepened, especially the process and mechanism of multi-factor influence on plant plasticity.
