林火监测中遥感应用的研究现状

Research Progress of Remote Sensing for Forest-fire Monitoring

  • 摘要: 林火是陆地生态系统中的一种主要干扰因子,森林火灾会对森林生态系统造成严重破坏。遥感卫星能够实时对地表信息进行记录与监测,尤其适用于对林火这种地表异变现象强烈的事件进行监测。本研究回顾了航空遥感、航天遥感在林火监测中的应用历史;分别从风险预测、实时监测和灾后评估三个方面论述了遥感在火险等级评测、火点提取、过火面积估测、林火实时监测及灾后植被恢复评价中的应用研究现状,总结了当前的研究重点及不足,并指出了未来的研究方向和趋势。以期为遥感在林火预测预报、林火实时监测及灾后损失评估等方面的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Forest-fire is a dominant disturbance in the terrestrial ecosystems, and it can wreak havoc forest ecosystems. Remote sensing satellites provide real-time information records and detection for land surface, especially for the severe surface change phenomena such as forest-fire. In this paper, we tracked the history of forest fire monitoring by using of aerial and space remote sensing. And we summarized the study status and progress of fire risk rating, fire point extraction, burned area assessment, forest-fire monitoring and post-fire vegetation recovery evaluation from 3 aspects of forest-fire prediction, real-time forest-fire monitoring, and post-fire assessment. Furthermore, we discussed the advantages and shortcomings of forest fire monitoring by use of remote sensing technology and put forward proposals and prospects for future research. We provide references for further researches with the respect of forest-fire prediction, real-time forest-fire monitoring, and post-fire assessment based on remote sensing.
