Abstract:
This study from the 'China first ancient
Cinnamomum camphora forset' in Lean County, the forest community in Anfu Country and Huangma
C. camphora base in Nanchang County of Jiangxi Province, sampling 7 different age of camphor trees, new and old leaves of different height, and 8 different tissues (episperm, stem bark, branch bark, old leaves, new leaves, leaf bud, flower bud and flower). Six forward primers and 1 reverse primer were used to screen telomerase amplification primers, the TS21 and RP primers had the best effect. The telomerase activity of the samples was measured by TRAP method. The results showed that the telomerase activity decreased with the increase of age. Leaves telomerase activity of different height decreased with the increase of leaf height. The telomerase activity of new leaves was higher than that old leaves. Telomerase activity was higher in leaf buds and flower buds, indicating that tissues with strong differentiation ability had higher telomerase activity.
