珍贵树种刺猬紫檀木材抽提物的成分分析

Composition Analysis of Extractives from Precious Tree Species Pterocarpus erinaceus

  • 摘要: 为明确珍贵树种刺猬紫檀边材与心材的主要成分,以及不同批次刺猬紫檀心材成分的差异,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对刺猬紫檀抽提物的成分进行分析,从无水乙醇、二氯甲烷、石油醚中选择最佳提取剂,利用GC-MS方法对同批次刺猬紫檀边材与心材主要成分以及不同批次刺猬紫檀心材主要成分进行比较。结果表明:3种有机溶剂中,二氯甲烷对刺猬紫檀的提取能力最佳;总离子流图谱对比结果显示,同批次刺猬紫檀中边材与心材浸出液成分差距较大,二者只含有一种相同组分,其他可作为区分刺猬紫檀边材与心材的特征组分;3种不同批次的刺猬紫檀心材中含有2种共同成分,即茴香偶姻和NN-二乙基-4-(三苯基甲基)-1-萘胺,其中茴香偶姻的平均相对含量为80.9%~82.5%,远高于另一种,为心材中含量最多的成分;对三批次刺猬紫檀心材成分进行对比分析,发现只属于单一批次的成分有4种,可以作为鉴别A、B、C 3批次样本的特征组分。

     

    Abstract: The aim of this study is to define the main components of sapwood and heartwood as well as the differences in heartwood composition among different batches of Pterocarpus erinaceus, a kind of precious tree species. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was adopted to analyze the main components of P. erinaceus extractives. The best extractant was selected among absolute ethanol, dichloromethane and petroleum ether. Then the main components of sapwood and heartwood from the same batch of P. erinaceus and the main components of heartwood from different batches of P. erinaceus were compared by GC-MS. Result shows that among the 3 organic solvents, dichloromethane has the best extraction ability for P. erinaceus. Based on the comparation of the total ion spectra, an obvious difference is observed between the extractum of sapwood and heartwood from the same batch of P. erinaceus, only one component is the same while other ingredients can be used as distinguishing components between sapwood and heartwood. The heartwood of 3 different batches of P. erinaceus contains 2 common components, namely 2-hydroxy-1, 2-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-ethanone and N, N-diethyl-4-(triphenyl)-1-naphthylamine. The average relative content of 2-hydroxy-1, 2-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-ethanone is 80.9%-82.5%, which is much higher than N, N-diethyl-4-(triphenyl)-1-naphthylamine. The most abundant component in the heartwood is 2-hydroxy-1, 2-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-ethanone. Compare the heartwood components from 3 batches of P. erinaceus, it can be discovered that there are only 4 components belonging to a single batch, which can be taken as the characteristic components for identifying 3 batches of samples A, B and C.
