供磷水平对核桃实生苗生长生理特性及酶活性的影响

Effects of Phosphorus Supply on the Growth, Physiological Characteristics and Enzyme Activity of Juglans regia Seedlings

  • 摘要: 以“新萃丰”核桃幼苗为研究材料,比较其在不同磷梯度下对核桃幼苗的生物量、生理特性及酶活性的影响。结果表明:磷肥对核桃幼苗的生长具有一定的调控作用。适宜的施磷量有利于核桃幼苗生长发育,其中在30 g/株磷浓度处理对核桃幼苗叶片生长发育最好,植株总生物量最大,低于或高于30 g/株磷浓度处理后植株地上部及地下部的生物量均减少。核桃幼苗叶片中的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白均在30 g/株磷处理达峰值,较CK高出70.89、40.95 mg/g。脯氨酸、丙二醛和根系活力均随供磷水平的上升呈先下降后上升的趋势,CK达最大值。可见,土壤供磷水平在30 g/株能够满足核桃幼苗良好生长和生理生化反应,磷水平过高或过低都不利于核桃实生幼苗的生长和发育。

     

    Abstract: Juglans regia'Xincuifeng' seedlings were used as research materials to compare the effects of biomass, physiological characteristics and enzyme activities under different phosphorus gradients. The results showed that phosphate fertilizer has a certain regulation effect on the growth of J. regia seedlings. Appropriate phosphorus application was beneficial to the growth and development of J. regia seedlings. Among them, the treatment of J. regia seedling leaves at 30 g/plant phosphorus concentration was the best, and the total biomass of the plant was the largest. Above or below 30 g/plant phosphorus concentration, the aboveground and underground biomass of the plant decreased. The soluble sugar and soluble protein in the leaves of J. regia seedlings reached the peak at 30 g/plant phosphorus treatment, which was 70.89 mg/g and 40.95 mg/g higher than CK. Proline, malondialdehyde and root activity all showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing with the increase of phosphorus supply, and CK reached the maximum value. In general, the soil phosphorus supply level of 30 g/plant can meet the good growth and physiological and biochemical reactions of J. regia seedlings. Excessive or low phosphorus levels are not conducive to the growth and development of J. regia seedlings.
