Habitat Quality Evaluation of Wuyi Mountain National Nature Reserve in 1988–2018

  • 摘要: 以1988年、1996年、2003年、2010年、2018年的Landsat影像为数据源,利用基于遥感生态指数的环境评价模型,分析了福建省武夷山保护区30 a生境质量状况及其时空变化特征。结果表明:RSEI指数能较好反映研究区的生境质量状况及其时空分异特征;湿度特征向量均大于绿度指标,说明湿度在此次评价模型中相比于绿度贡献率更大。30 a内保护区RSEI指数均值由0.7064下降到0.7048,生境质量状况有略微下滑,主要原因是2010年的长时间强降水,区内山洪侵蚀,大面积山体冲刷对生境造成的严重破坏。1988—2018年生境质量稳定区域占86.78%,生境质量提高区域占据6.58%,且提高区域集中在河道两侧与居住点附近,这与保护区的建立与相关政策的制定与实施密切相关;但30 a内,生境质量下降区域较多分布于核心区与外围保护区的相邻区域,因此需要在核心区的外围划定缓冲区来更好的保护核心区,同时也需要对生境质量中等级以下区域重点监测与修复。

     

    Abstract: The study analyzed the habitat quality and space-time variation characteristics of Wuyi Mountain Reserve in Fujian Province over 30 years, which took Landsat images in 1988, 1996, 2003, 2010 and 2018 as data sources and based on the environmental assessment model of remote sensing ecological index(RSEI). The results show that RSEI index can better reflect the habitat quality and its spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics in the study area. In the model constructed in this study, the humidity characteristic vector is larger than the greenness index, indicating that the contribution rate of humidity in this evaluation model is greater than that of greenness. Within 30 years, the average value of RSEI index in the reserve decreased from 0.7064 to 0.7048, and the habitat quality decreased slightly, mainly due to the long-term heavy precipitation in 2010, mountain torrent erosion and serious damage to the habitat caused by large area mountain erosion. From 1988 to 2018, the areas with stable habitat quality accounted for 86.78%, and the areas with improved habitat quality accounted for 6.58%, and the improved areas were concentrated on both sides of the river and near the settlements, which was closely related to the establishment of protected areas and the formulation and implementation of related policies, but within 30 years, the declining areas of habitat quality were mostly distributed in the adjacent areas between the core area and the peripheral protected area. Therefore, it is necessary to delimit a buffer zone on the periphery of the core area to better protect the core area, as well as focus on monitoring and restoration of areas below the medium level of habitat quality.
