Abstract:
In order to find out the saline-alkali tolerance ability of different wild lily species,
Lilium sargentiae,
L.dauricum,
L.sulphureum,
L.leucanthum as materials. The effects of different concentrations of NaCl and NaHCO
3 mixed solution on the growth and related physio-biochemical indexes of lily species were studied. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll of the 4 wild lily species decreased with the increase of treatment concentration, Pro and relative electrical conductivity increased gradually; the content of MDA, soluble sugar and SOD activity increased first and then decreased; the content of soluble protein did not change significantly. The order of saline-alkali tolerance of 4 wild lily species was:
L. sulphureum>
L. sargentiae>
L. dauricum>
L. leucanthum.
