4种野生百合对盐碱胁迫生理响应的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Physiological Response of 4 Wild Lily Species Under Salt-alkali Stress

  • 摘要: 为探明不同种野生百合的耐盐碱能力,以通江百合、毛百合、淡黄花百合、宜昌百合4种野生百合为材料,研究不同浓度 NaCl 和NaHCO3混合溶液处理对百合生长及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着处理浓度增加,4种野生百合的叶绿素含量均呈下降变化趋势;脯氨酸含量相对电导率均呈现逐渐增加的趋势;丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性呈先上升后下降的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量变化不明显。4种野生百合的耐盐碱性强弱顺序为淡黄花百合>通江百合>毛百合>宜昌百合。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the saline-alkali tolerance ability of different wild lily species, Lilium sargentiae, L.dauricum, L.sulphureum, L.leucanthum as materials. The effects of different concentrations of NaCl and NaHCO3 mixed solution on the growth and related physio-biochemical indexes of lily species were studied. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll of the 4 wild lily species decreased with the increase of treatment concentration, Pro and relative electrical conductivity increased gradually; the content of MDA, soluble sugar and SOD activity increased first and then decreased; the content of soluble protein did not change significantly. The order of saline-alkali tolerance of 4 wild lily species was: L. sulphureum>L. sargentiae>L. dauricum>L. leucanthum.
