比利时杜鹃与爆杖花杂交亲和性研究

Studies on the Cross Affinity of Rhododendron hybridum and Rhododendron spinuliferum (Rhododendron)

  • 摘要: 以比利时杜鹃‘西玛’为母本,野生杜鹃爆杖花为父本,通过常规授粉、NAA涂抹柱头、重复授粉、切割柱头、加热花粉、延迟授粉6 种授粉方式进行杂交,授粉后对花粉管进行荧光观察,统计子房膨大率、坐果率、蒴果种子数、萌发率、绿苗率等亲和指标,探讨授粉方式对亲和性的影响,最后对该组合进行亲和性评价。结果表明:常规授粉未获得后代,在对杂交亲和性的分级评定中,杂交后代的绿苗率、绿苗系数和单位可育种子数均为低等,可育性综合评价为不育型。采用NAA涂抹柱头法、重复授粉法、加热花粉法、延迟授粉法均能有效提高比利时杜鹃‘西玛’ × 爆杖花组合杂交成功率。

     

    Abstract: This test use Rhododendron hybridum 'Sima' as the female parent, the use of wild rhododendron Rhododendron spinuliferum as male parent, with conventional pollination, NAA daub stigma, repeated pollination, remove the stigma and heated pollen and delay the 5 kinds of pollination, pollen tube of cerasus fluorescent observation, statistical ovary-swelling rate, capsule setting rate, the number of capsule seed, the seed germination rate, green seedling rate, etc, which are the indices of affinity, discuss the influences of pollination method for affinity, and affinity of the combination evaluation. The results showed that no progeny was obtained from conventional pollination, and the green seedling rate, green seedling coefficient and the number of fertile seeds per unit of the progeny were low in the evaluation of cross affinity, and the comprehensive evaluation of fertility was sterile type. The use of NAA smear stigma, repeated pollination, heated pollen, and delayed pollination could effectively improve the success rate of the cross combination of R. hybridum 'Sima' (♀) × R. spinuliferum(♂).
