氧化法制备小桐子蛋白胶黏剂及其交联改性研究

Study on Preparation of Jatropha Protein Adhesive by Special Oxidation Method and Its Cross-linking Modification

  • 摘要: 通过高锰酸钾对小桐子饼粕粉常温氧化处理的方法,制备一种新型小桐子蛋白质胶黏剂,引入聚氨酯、环氧树脂、硅烷偶联剂KH560作为交联剂,进一步探究不同交联剂对氧化处理的小桐子蛋白胶黏剂胶合性能的影响,借助差示扫描量热法、动态热机械分析法和傅里叶变换红外光谱对蛋白质胶黏剂的性能和结构进行分析。结果表明:加入高锰酸钾氧化处理制备小桐子蛋白质胶黏剂具有良好胶合性能及耐水性,干状剪切强度、63 ℃温水浸泡3 h湿强度分别为1.16 MPa和0.77 MPa;当加入KH560作为交联剂时,小桐子粉蛋白质胶黏剂胶合强度提升显著,干强度达到1.64 MPa,63 ℃温水浸泡3 h湿强度达到0.83 MPa,24 h冷水湿强度达到1.04 MPa。

     

    Abstract: Jatropha protein adhesive was prepared by potassium permanganate(KMnO4) oxidation treatment in this study. On this basis, polyurethane(PUR), epoxy resin(EP), KH560 was blended and cross-linked with oxidized Jatropha protein adhesive, and the effect of cross-linking agent on its bonding performance was explored. Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and dynamic thermomechanical analysis(DMA) instruments were used to analyze its performance. The results showed that the water resistance of the Jatropha protein adhesive was significantly improved by adding 12% KMnO4 oxidation treatment,the dry strength of plywood and 3h 63℃ water soaking wet strength were 1.16MPa MPa and 0.77 MPa , respectively.The dry and wet strength of Jatropha protein adhesives that with KH560 as crosslinker have been improved. the dry strength of plywood as high as 1.64 MPa, the 3 h 63 ℃ water soaking wet strength and 24 h cold water soaking strength were 0.83 MPa and 1.04 MPa.
