施钙与覆膜对降香黄檀生长及心材形成的影响

Effects of Calcium Application and Film Mulching on Growth and Heartwood Formation of Dalbergia odorifera

  • 摘要: 以7年生降香黄檀为研究对象,设置3个梯度的钙处理,采用覆膜与不覆膜2种处理方式进行试验,分析不同施钙量及覆膜处理对降香黄檀生长及心材形成的影响。结果表明:相比CK,Ca100、F + Ca50、F + Ca100、F + Ca150的树高增量提高了37.93 %~71.03 %,胸径增量与CK无显著差异;各处理总黄酮含量有所提高,且施加等量钙时,覆膜处理显著高于未覆膜处理,其中以F + Ca150的总黄酮含量最高,是CK的4.10倍。橙花叔醇、环氧化蛇麻烯Ⅱ、美迪紫檀素等心材特征物质含量也有所提升,相对含量较高的是Ca50、F + Ca50和F + Ca150。施钙与覆膜协同处理有利于降香黄檀的树高生长和心材品质的提升,为人工促进降香黄檀心材形成提供新的培育思路。

     

    Abstract: 7-year-old Dalbergia odorifera was taken as the research object to explore the effects of different amounts of calcium and film mulching on growth and heartwood formation of D.odorifera. Three calcium treatments with different gradients(50, 100 g/plant and 150 g/plant) were applied respectively in film mulching and no film mulching way. The results showed that compared with the control group, the tree height increment of Ca100, F + Ca50, F + Ca100 and F + Ca150 treatment was increased by 37.93 %–71.03 %. No significant difference was found in DBH increment between D.odorifera and the control group. The content of total flavonoids in each treatment increased, and when the same amount of calcium was applied, the content of total flavonoids in film mulching treatment was significantly higher than that in non film mulching treatment. Among them, the treatment with F + Ca150 had the highest total flavonoids content, which was 4.10 times that of the control group. The contents of characteristic substances in heartwood such as Nerolidol, (1R,3E,7E,11R)-1,5,5,8-Tetramethyl-12-oxabicyclo9.1.0dodeca-3,7-dieneand Medicarpin were also increased, and Ca50, F + Ca50 and F + Ca150 were the treatments with higher relative contents. The synergistic treatment of calcium application and film mulching was beneficial to the growth of height and the improvement of heartwood quality of D.odorifera, which could provide a new cultivation idea for artificial promotion of heartwood formation of D.odorifera.
