C、H、O稳定同位素在树木植株不同部位的分馏规律研究

Stable Isotope Fractionation of C, H and O in Different Parts of Tree

  • 摘要: 采用同位素比率质谱仪分别测定了树木不同部位的δ13C、δ18O和δ2H值。结果表明:δ13C值在研究树种植株不同部位的变化相对最小,其次是δ18O值,δ2H值最大。对于橡胶木、铁刀木和羊蹄甲3个树种,C和O元素是实现其木材产地稳定同位素溯源较理想的元素。

     

    Abstract: Isotope ratio mass spectrometer was adopted to determine δ13C, δ18O and δ2H values in different parts of the tree. The findings indicated that the δ13C values in wood different part were the smallest, followed by the δ18O value and the δ2H value. For the 3 tree species of Hevea brasiliensis, Cassia siamea and Bauhinia blakeana, C and O are ideal elements for stable isotopic traceability of wood origin.
