云南红豆杉当年生枝条分枝特征与其综合表现的关系研究

The Relationships Between Branching Characteristics and Its Performance of Current-year Branches of Taxus yunnanensis

  • 摘要: 为了解云南红豆杉当年生枝条分枝特征对其生物量性状和总体表现的影响,探讨药用原料林的当年生枝条分枝特征调控技术。采用主成分分析方法综合评价当年生枝条总体表现,通径分析当年生枝条的主枝枝径、主枝长、一级分枝枝径、一级分枝长、一级分枝数量等分枝特征与其叶生物量、总生物量、叶生物量比以及总体表现等因子间关系,研究其分枝特征调控重点与方向并验证。结果表明:云南红豆杉当年生枝条的系列分枝特征以及生物量性状均有着丰富的变异。当年生枝条的一级分枝数量和枝长对其叶生物量、总生物量,叶生物量比有着极显著性正向作用;当年生枝条的主枝枝径对其叶生物量、总生物量有极显著性正向作用;当年生枝条的主枝枝长对其叶生物量比有显著性负向作用;当年生枝条分枝特征对其生物量性状间的相对重要性以及起主导作用的分枝特征因子有所变化。促进当年生枝条叶生物量和总生物量,增大叶生物量比的分枝特征调控重点与方向明显不同,当年生枝条的一级分枝数量、枝长和主枝枝径对其总体表现有显著性正向作用,主枝长、一级分枝枝径对其总体表现直接作用不显著。药用原料林当年生枝条理想分枝特征如下,首先要有繁多的一级分枝数量,其次一级分枝要长,最后是主枝枝径要粗大。云南红豆杉药用原料林当年生新枝分枝特征的调控重点与方向是增大一级分枝数量。

     

    Abstract: To reveal the influence of branching characteristics on biomass traits and overall performance of Taxus yunnanensis current-year branch, and clarify the current-year branch branching characteristics regulation technology in pharmaceutical raw material forest. The overall performance of T. yunnanensis current-year branch were evaluated by using principal component analysis method. The relationships between current-year branch branching characteristics such as main branches branch diameter, main branches branch length, branch diameter and branch length, branch number of the first-order branches, and current-year branch biomass traits such as leaf biomass, total biomass, leaf biomass ratio and overall performance were researched by path analysis, the key points and directions of current-year branch branching characteristics regulation were clarified and verified. The results showed that there were abundant variations in those branching characteristics and biomass characters of T. yunnanensis current-year branches. The branch number and branch length of the first-order branches had a very significant positive effect on leaf biomass, total biomass and leaf biomass ratio of T. yunnanensis current-year branches; the main branches branch diameter had a significant positive effect on leaf biomas and total biomass of T. yunnanensis current-year branches. The main branches branch length had a significant negative effect on leaf biomass ratio of T. yunnanensis current-year branches; the relative importance order and the dominant branching characteristic factors of branching characteristic on biomass traits of current-year branches changed. The key points and directions of current-year branches branch characteristics regulation for promoting leaf biomass and total biomass, increasing leaf biomass ratio of current-year branch were different. The branch number, branch length of the first-order branches and main branches branch diameter had a significant positive effect on the overall performance of current-year branch, while the effects of main branches branch length and branch diameter of the first-order branches on the overall performance were no significant. The ideal branching characteristics of T. yunnanensis current-year branch in pharmaceutical raw material forest was wider branch number of the first-order branches for the first time, followed by longer branch length of the first-order branches, finally larger branch diameter of the main branches. The key points and directions of current-year branch branch characteristics regulation of T. yunnanensis in pharmaceutical raw material forest was to promote the first-order branches number.
