异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板VOCs的释放特征和组成成分分析

Analysis of Release Characteristics and Composition of VOCs from Oriented Strand Board with Isocyanate Adhesive

  • 摘要: 为了解异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板VOCs的释放情况,以异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板为试验材料,采用1 m3气候箱法,测试异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板在28 d内VOCs释放量的变化,运用非线性回归分析方法建立VOCs释放量随时间变化的回归方程,对比分析了异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板和其他种类人造板VOCs的组成成分异同。结果表明:异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板VOCs释放量随测试时间的增加而减少,VOCs释放量在测试的第1~7天下降甚快,为急速释放期;第8~14天下降较快,为快速释放期;第15~28天下降平缓,为释放平衡期。异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板VOCs释放量的非线性回归方程为y=ab × ln(x + c),回归方程相关度(R2)大于0.98。异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板VOCs的组成成分占比由高至低依次为芳香烃类、烯烃类、酯类、烷烃类、醛酮类、醇类、其他类。人造板VOCs的芳香烃类占比最大,约为实木制品的4~8倍。实木制品VOCs的醛酮类占比最大,约为人造板的3 ~ 28倍。异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板VOCs的芳香烃类占比低于脲醛胶人造板,约为脲醛胶人造板的17% ~ 28%。异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板VOCs的烷烃类占比低于脲醛胶人造板,约为脲醛胶人造板的7%~18%。异氰酸酯胶定向刨花板VOCs的主要单体是对二氯苯,而脲醛胶人造板VOCs的主要单体是对二甲苯。

     

    Abstract: To understand the release of VOCs from oriented strand board with isocyanate adhesive, amount of VOCs released from oriented strand board with isocyanate adhesive was tested by 1 m3 climate chamber method under a cycle of 28 days. the regression equation of VOCs emission with testing time was established by using nonlinear regression analysis method. Meanwhile, the similarities and differences of VOCs composition between oriented strand board with isocyanate and other kinds of wood-based panels were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the release of VOCs from oriented strand board with isocyanate adhesive decreased with the increase of testing time, and the release of VOCs decreased rapidly from the first day to the seventh day of the test, which is the rapid release period. The VOCs emission decreases rapidly from the eighth day to the fourteenth day, which is the rapid release period. The release of VOCs decreases smoothly from the fifteenth day to the twenty-eighth day, which is the release equilibrium period. The non-linear regression equation of VOCs emission from oriented strand board with isocyanate is y=ab × ln(x + c), and the correlation R2 of the regression equation is more than 0.98. The proportion of composition in VOCs from oriented strand board with isocyanate adhesive ranking from the highest to the lowest as following: aromatic hydrocarbons, olefins, esters, alkanes, aldehydes and ketones, alcohols, and others. Wood-based panels VOCs of aromatic hydrocarbons accounted for the largest proportion, about 4–8 times more than the solid wood products. Solid wood products VOCs of aldehydes and ketones accounted for the largest proportion, about 3–28 times more than the wood-based panels. The proportion of aromatic hydrocarbons in VOCs of oriented strand board with isocyanate adhesive is lower than that of wood-based panels with urea-formaldehyde, which is about 17%–28% of wood-based panels with urea-formaldehyde. The percentage of alkanes in VOCs of oriented strand board with isocyanate adhesive is lower than that of wood-based panels with urea-formaldehyde, which is about 7%–18% of wood-based panels with urea-formaldehyde. The main aromatic hydrocarbon monomer of VOCs from oriented strand board with isocyanate adhesive is p-dichlorobenzene, while the main aromatic hydrocarbon monomer of VOCs from wood-based panels with urea-formaldehyde is p-xylene.
