贵州清镇耕地土壤重金属污染风险评价及来源解析

Risk Assessment and Source Analysis of Heavy Metal Pollution in Cultivated Soil in Qingzhen, Guizhou Province

  • 摘要: 以清镇市耕地土壤为研究对象,采集研究区794份耕地土壤表层样品(0~20 cm),测定样品中5种重金属(Cd、Hg、As、Pb和Cr)的含量,运用潜在生态风险指数法和人体健康风险模型,对耕地土壤中的重金属进行潜在生态风险评价和健康风险评价,并采用正定矩阵因子分解法解析土壤重金属的来源。结果表明:Cd、Hg、As、Pb和Cr元素的平均含量分别是贵州省背景值的0.84、2.56、1.36、1.11和1.04倍,Hg的潜在生态风险指数最高,达到102.56,评价为强潜在生态风险,综合潜在风险以轻微潜在风险为主;非致癌风险主要由As和Pb贡献,致癌风险主要由Cr贡献,经口摄入为主要暴露途径,儿童的健康风险值大于成人。研究区各区5种重金属的来源主要为:西区来源于自然源34.19%,东区来源于工业活动及大气沉降混合源38.12%,南区来源于工业活动及交通排放混合源41.21%。Hg元素是研究区主要污染元素,应予以重视。人体健康风险处于安全范围内,健康风险较小,但应加强监测,防范潜在风险;工业交通混合源是影响研究区耕地土壤重金属积累的最主要因素。

     

    Abstract: Taking cultivated soil in Qingzhen City As the research object, 794 soil surface samples (0~20 cm) were collected from the study area, and the contents of 5 heavy metals (Cd, Hg, AS, Pb and Cr) in the samples were determined. The potential ecological risk index method and human health risk model were applied. The potential ecological risk and health risk of heavy metals in cultivated soil were evaluated, and the source of heavy metals was analyzed by positive definite matrix factorization (PMF). The results showed that the average contents of Cd, Hg, As, Pb and Cr were 0.84, 2.56, 1.36, 1.11 and 1.04 times of the background value of Guizhou Province, respectively. The potential ecological risk index of Hg was the highest, reaching 102.56, which was evaluated as strong potential ecological risk. The comprehensive potential risk in the study area was mainly slight potential risk. In the study area, the non-carcinogenic risk was mainly contributed by As and Pb, the carcinogenic risk was mainly contributed by Cr, and oral ingestion was the main exposure route. The health risk value of children was higher than that of adults.The main sources of the five heavy metals in the study area were: 34.19% from natural sources in the western region, 38.12% from mixed sources of industrial activities and atmospheric subsidence in the eastern region, and 41.21% from mixed sources of industrial activities and traffic emissions in the southern region.Hg element is the main polluting element in the study area and should be paid more attention to. Human health risks are within the safe range, and health risks are small, but monitoring should be strengthened to prevent potential risks; The mixed source of industrial traffic is the most important factor affecting the accumulation of heavy metals in cultivated soil in the study area.
