酸胁迫对中华常春藤生理特性的影响

Effect of Acid Stress on Physiological Characteristics of Hedera nepalensis var. sinensis

  • 摘要: 为研究中华常春藤在不同程度酸胁迫下的生理变化,探究其在酸胁迫下的耐受机制,以1年生常春藤扦插水培苗为试验材料,设置pH 6.0(CK)、pH 5.0、pH 4.0为3个处理组,对其进行为期15 d的酸胁迫处理,研究其生理生化指标的差异。结果表明:相比CK,酸胁迫显著降低了叶片光合色素含量、气孔导度、净光合速率、蒸腾速率,非光化学猝灭系数和电子传递速率显著下降,脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量显著提升,过氧化物酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量在酸胁迫处理下均显著增加。可见,酸胁迫程度的增强加重了光合系统的损坏,削弱了光化学效率和电子传递速率,降低了光合色素含量;同时,膜脂过氧化反应加剧,丙二醛积累量增加,而中华常春藤通过提高抗氧化酶活性及渗透调节物质的含量来提高自身对酸性环境的耐受能力。

     

    Abstract: Using one-year-old Hedera nepalensis var. sinensis cuttings as the hydroponic materials, setting 3 treatments with different degree of acid stresspH 6.0 (CK), pH 5.0 and pH 4.0 for 15 days. The objective was to examine the variations in physiological and biochemical indicators, aiming to elucidate the physiological responses of H. nepalensis var. sinensis to diverse levels of acid stress and its mechanisms of tolerance under such stress. The results showed that compared with CK, the contents of photosynthetic pigments, stomatal conductance, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate were decreased significantly under acid stress. The non-photochemical quenching coefficient, electron transfer rate were all significantly reduced. The contents of of proline, soluble protein and sugar increased markedly. In addition, the activities of peroxidase, ascorbate peroxidase, catalase, superoxide dismutase, malondi-aldehyde were also increased markedly under each acid treatment. In this experiment, the intensification of acid stress leads to damage in the photosynthetic system, which weakens both the photochemical efficiency and electron transfer rate. Additionally, it reduces the content of photosynthetic pigments. Concurrently, the lipid peroxidation reaction becomes more intense, increasing the accumulation of MDA. The H. nepalensis var. sinensis plants can adapts to acidic environments by elevating the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the content of osmoregulatory substances.
