云南金花茶叶的化学成分研究
Chemcical consitiuents from the leaves of Camellia fascicularis

摘要: 采用大孔树脂D101、硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH−20、高效液相等多种色谱分离技术对云南金花茶叶甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物进行纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所分离化合物的结构。结果表明:从云南金花茶叶中首次分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为黑麦草内酯、去氢催吐萝芙木醇、chakyunglupulin A、丁香醛、伞形花内酯、1H−吲哚−3−甲醛、香豆素、绿原酸对香豆酸、没食子酸甲酯、没食子酸、L−表儿茶素、儿茶素、山奈酚、芹菜素−7−O−β−D−吡喃葡萄糖苷、槲皮素−3−O−β−D−葡萄糖苷、异牡黄素;其中化合物chakyunglupulin A为首次从山茶属中分离得到。Abstract: The ethyl acetate fraction derived from EtOH extract of Camellia fascicularis was separated and purified by macroporous resin D101, silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. Then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. The results showed that 17 compounds were isolated from Camellia fascicularis and identified as loliolide (1), dehydrovomifoliol (2), chakyunglupulin A (3), syringaldehyde (4), umbelliferon (5), 1H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde (6), coumarin (7), chlorogenic acid (8) p-hydroxycinnamic acid (9), methyl gallate (10), gallic acid (11), L-epicatechin (12), catechin (13), kaempferol (14), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (15), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (16), isovitexin (17). Compounds 1~17 were first isolated from the leaves of Camellia fascicularis. Compounds 3 was first isolated from the genus Camellia.
