接种根瘤菌和施氮对降香黄檀根系结瘤及幼苗生长的影响

The Effects of Rhizobial Inoculation and Nitrogen Application on Root Nodulation and Seedling Growth of Dalbergia odorifera

  • 摘要: 采用盆栽可控试验,设置了6种不同根瘤菌菌株单独接种、混合接种、仅施氮(N)、混合接菌+施氮(HN)以及不接菌不施氮(CK)共10个处理。在接种90 d后,分别测定根瘤指标、根系性状、苗高、生物量等参数,分析接种不同根瘤菌菌株和施氮对降香黄檀根系结瘤及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:接种不同根瘤菌株均能促进降香黄檀幼苗的根系结瘤,改善其苗高、生物量等生长指标,其中HN处理效果最佳。与CK相比,HN处理的根表面积、根体积、苗高、地上和地下生物量分别提高56.75%、64.62%、43.62%、200.00%和100.00%,根瘤菌属的Rhizobium sp. strain AFS005221促生效果最为显著。因此,接种不同根瘤菌菌株均可改善降香黄檀的根系结瘤和幼苗生长。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the effects of inoculating different rhizobium strains and nitrogen application on the nodulation and seedling growth of Dalbergia odorifera, a controlled pot experiment was conducted with ten treatments, including six individual rhizobium strains, mixed inoculation, nitrogen application(N), mixed inoculation with nitrogen application(HN), and a control with neither inoculation nor nitrogen application(CK). After 90 days of inoculation, parameters such as nodule metrics, root characteristics, seedling height, and biomass were measured. The results indicated that all rhizobium inoculation promoted nodulation and improved growth parameters such as seedling height and biomass, with the HN treatment being the most effective. Compared to CK, the HN treatment increased root surface area, root volume, seedling height, aboveground biomass, and belowground biomass by 56.75%, 64.62%, 43.62%, 200.00% and 100.00%, respectively. Rhizobium sp. strain AFS005221 had the most significant growth-promoting effects. In conclusion, inoculating with different rhizobium strains can significantly improve the nodulation and growth parameters of D. odorifera seedlings. This study provides a scientific basis for improving the quality and sustainable management of D. odorifera plantation seedlings through rhizobium inoculation and nitrogen application.
