桂林地区香花油茶优良单株性状及耐寒性评价
Evaluation of excellent individual plant traits and cold tolerance of Camellia osmantha in Guilin area

摘要: 为了筛选出适宜广西桂林地区种植的耐寒性强的香花油茶优良单株,在桂林灵川县选育优株并对优株进行果实经济性状评价和耐寒性评价。自然低温(0℃以下)胁迫后测定通过复选优良单株相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、可溶性糖(SS)含量、叶绿素含量、叶绿素b含量、总叶绿素含量和游离脯氨酸(PRO)含量等,基于主成分分析法和聚类分析法分别对优株表型特征和耐寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:优株间表型和耐寒性差异较大,优株间单果质量、籽数、鲜出籽率、籽千粒质量和果形指数间存在显著性差异,其中MJ2206为大籽类型;单株间POD活性、CAT活性、PRO含量差异极显著,REC差异显著,丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖(SS)含量、叶绿素含量、叶绿素b含量、总叶绿素含量差异不显著。根据决选结果,果实经济性状较优且耐寒性强的优株为MJ2205、MJ2207、MJ2216。Abstract: In order to screen out the excellent single plant of Camellia osmantha with strong cold resistance suitable for planting in Guilin area of Guangxi, the excellent plants were selected in Lingchuan County of Guilin, and the fruit economic characters and cold resistance of the excellent plants were evaluated.After natural low temperature ( below 0℃ ) stress, the relative conductivity ( REC ), malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content, peroxidase ( POD ) activity, catalase ( CAT ) activity, soluble sugar ( SS ) content, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll b content, comprehensive chlorophyll content and free proline ( PRO ) content of the selected superior individuals were determined. Based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis, the phenotypic characteristics and cold tolerance of superior plants were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that there were significant differences in phenotype and cold tolerance among superior plants, and there were significant differences in single fruit weight, seed number, fresh seed rate, thousand seed weight and fruit shape index among single plants, among which MJ2206 was a large seed type. The difference of POD activity, CAT activity and PRO content among individual plants was extremely significant, and the difference of REC was significant. The difference of malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content, soluble sugar ( SS ) content, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll b content and comprehensive chlorophyll content was not significant. According to the results, the superior plants MJ2205, MJ2207 and MJ2216 with better fruit economic traits and strong cold tolerance were selected.
