橡胶树5个主栽品种对日间割胶模式的响应研究

Preliminary study on the response of 5 main varieties of rubber trees to daytime rubber tapping patterns

  • 摘要: 以海南省儋州市热带农业科学院试验场金富队的5个橡胶树生产性主栽品种为试验材料,进行日间割胶操作,以传统夜间割胶为对照,分析2种割制下橡胶产量、生理参数和品质指标的差异情况。结果表明:日间割胶5个品种的鲜胶和干胶产量均升高,干胶含量均降低,生理参数中硫醇和镁离子含量降低,热研73397无机磷含量升高,其余都降低,热垦523蔗糖含量升高,其余都降低;品质指标在各品种间变化趋势不尽相同。双因素方差分析表明鲜胶和干胶产量受品种和割胶时间的影响均显著,二者交互作用影响不显著;干胶含量受割胶时间影响显著,品种影响和二者交互作用影响均不显著;生理参数受品种和割胶时间的影响差异水平不尽相同。从生产层面以获得更高产量、干胶含量为首要目的,本研究认为适合海南儋州地区日间割胶模式的品种为热研73397。

     

    Abstract: Five main varieties of rubber trees produced by Jinfu farm in the experimental field of Danzhou Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences in Hainan Province were used as test materials to carry out daytime rubber tapping operation, and the differences in rubber yield, physiological parameters and quality indexes under the two types of rubber tapping were analyzed with traditional night rubber tapping as the control. The results showed that the yields of fresh rubber and dry rubber in the five varieties of daytime rubber tapping increased, the content of dry rubber decreased, the content of mercaptan and magnesium ions in physiological parameters decreased, the content of inorganic phosphorus in Reyan 73397 increased, and the content of sucrose in Reken 523 increased, while the rest decreased. The trend of quality index varied among different varieties. The two-way analysis of variance showed that the yield of fresh rubber and dry rubber was significantly affected by variety and tapping time, and the interaction between the two was not significant. The dry rubber content was significantly affected by the tapping time, but the influence of variety and the interaction between the two were not significant. Physiological parameters were affected by the variety and tapping time, and the level of difference varied. From the production level to obtain higher yield and dry rubber content as the primary purpose, this study considered that the variety suitable for the daytime rubber tapping mode in Danzhou, Hainan Province was Reyan 73397.
