土壤不同污染模式下毒死蜱对蚯蚓遗传毒性研究

摘要: 从蚯蚓对2种污染模式进入土壤的毒死蜱吸收蓄积入手,进行毒死蜱对蚯蚓的暴露试验,分析毒死蜱对蚯蚓的遗传毒性。结果表明:蚯蚓对2种污染模式进入土壤的毒死蜱均能吸收蓄积,蓄积在蚯蚓体内的毒死蜱会导致其体腔细胞的染色体和DNA损伤,毒死蜱对蚯蚓的遗传毒性随暴露时间、暴露浓度的增加而加重。相较于1次污染模式,蚯蚓更容易吸收蓄积以叠加污染模式进入土壤的毒死蜱,从而表现出更强的遗传毒性。Abstract: The earthworm was used as the research organism. This study used two separate contamination modes (one-time and multiple-time) to simulate the formation of chlorpyrifos accumulating in the soil by different modes of entry into the soil. Starting with the absorption and accumulation of chlorpyrifos by earthworms, this paper studies the genotoxicity of chlorpyrifos to earthworms. The results showed that earthworms were able to absorb and accumulate chlorpyrifos from different contamination modes into the soil, and that chlorpyrifos accumulated in earthworms caused chromosome and DNA damage in the coelom cells of earthworms. Genotoxicity of chlorpyrifos to earthworms aggravates with increasing exposure time and exposure concentration of chlorpyrifos. Earthworms are more prone to uptake and accumulation of chlorpyrifos entering the soil by the multiple-time contamination mode than by the one-time contamination mode, thus showing stronger genotoxicity.
