氯氰菊酯低剂量暴露对蚯蚓记忆损伤的影响

Memory impairment of earthworms exposed to low doses of cypermethrin

  • 摘要: 氯氰菊酯是全球使用量最大的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂之一,对蚯蚓等土壤生物具有潜在威胁。以蚯蚓为试验对象,设计氯氰菊酯低剂量暴露对蚯蚓的记忆损伤影响试验。结果表明:氯氰菊酯暴露不仅会抑制蚯蚓Na+-K + -ATPase等脑部神经离子通道特征酶活性,而且会引发蚯蚓的记忆损伤;氯氰菊酯2、6 mg/kg处理组的综合生物标志物响应(IBR)值在暴露28 d时分别为2.4和9.5,而在暴露56 d时分别为4.4和11.4,氯氰菊酯暴露浓度越大,暴露时间越长,对蚯蚓的记忆损伤程度越严重。

     

    Abstract: Cypermethrin is one of the most highly used pyrethroid insecticides globally and is potentially a threat to soil organisms such as earthworms. In this study, the earthworm was selected as a test organism to design a test on the effect of cypermethrin low-dose exposure on the memory damage of earthworms, and to carry out a study on the effect of cypermethrin exposure on the memory damage of earthworms. The results indicated that cypermethrin exposure not only inhibited Na+-K + -ATPase and other enzyme activities characteristic of nerve ion channels in the earthworm brain, but also caused memory impairment in earthworms. The results of integrated biomarker response analysis (IBR) showed that the IBR values of the cypermethrin 2 and 6 mg/kg treatment groups were 2.4 and 9.5 at 28 d of exposure, while they were 4.4 and 11.4 at 56 d of exposure, respectively, the memory impairment of earthworms by cypermethrin was related to the exposure concentration and exposure time of cypermethrin, and the bigger the exposure concentration and the longer the exposure time, the more serious the degree of memory impairment of earthworms caused by cypermethrin.
