不同截干高度及多效唑浓度处理对大叶榉树幼苗矮化效果分析

摘要: 以1.5年生的大叶榉树幼苗为试验材料,探究不同截干高度(2、6、10 cm)以及不同多效唑浓度(0、250、500、750、
1000 mg/L)处理对大叶榉树幼苗矮化效果的影响。结果表明,在相同截干高度条件下,随着多效唑浓度的增加,大叶榉树幼苗的株高、新梢粗度及节间距均受到显著抑制,矮化效果明显。此外,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖以及SOD含量均随多效唑浓度升高呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,且各处理组测定值均高于CK;而MDA含量则随多效唑浓度升高持续上升。综合考虑大叶榉树幼苗的生长特性以及整体观赏价值,结合多项指标分析得出,喷施500 mg/L多效唑溶液并结合6 cm截干处理,可达到理想的矮化调控效果,同时可以保持大叶榉树幼苗的生长活力。Abstract: Using 1.5-year-old Zelkova schneideriana seedlings as experimental materials, this study investigated the effects of different trunk height treatments (2, 6, 10 cm) and paclobutrazol concentrations (0, 250,500,750,1000 mg/L) on dwarfing effects, providing valuable references for enhancing ornamental value management of Z. schneideriana. Results showed that under identical trunk height conditions, increased paclobutrazol concentration significantly inhibited plant height, shoot thickness, and internode spacing in seedlings, demonstrating notable dwarfing effects. Additionally, chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar, and SOD levels exhibited an initial increase followed by a decline with rising paclobutrazol concentration, with all treatment groups exceeding control values. MDA content, however, continued to rise with increasing paclobutrazol concentration. Considering the growth characteristics and ornamental value of Z. schneideriana seedlings, comprehensive analysis indicated that applying 500 mg/L paclobutrazol solution combined with 6 cm trunk height treatment achieved optimal dwarfing control while maintaining plant vitality.
