樟叶越桔根优势内生真菌发酵产物的抑菌活性与成分分析

摘要: 采用纸片扩散法评价樟叶越桔根部优势内生真菌二型伞霉发酵提取物的抗植物病原真菌活性,并运用超高效液相色谱-四级杆串联飞行时间质谱联用技术分析其化学成分。结果表明:二型伞霉VDG10发酵提取物对灰葡萄孢等7种病原真菌具有广谱抗菌活性,从二型伞霉VDG10发酵提取物中共分析鉴定出
3164 个化合物,包括生物碱类840个、莽草酸-苯丙素类477个、氨基酸/肽类453个、萜类410个、脂肪酸类347个、碳水化合物类173个、聚酮类148个和其他类316个,相对含量分别为21.296%、16.796%、19.968%、9.677%、18.394%、8.107%、1.107%和4.657%。其中相对含量大于0.5%的化合物共有40个,为二型伞霉VDG10的主要代谢产物。Abstract: The antifungal activity of the fermented extract of a dominant endophytic Umbelopsis dimorpha VDG10 from the roots of Vaccinium dunalianum against plant pathogenic fungi was evaluated using the disk diffusion method, and its chemical composition was analyzed by UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS. The results demonstrated that the fermented extract exhibited broad-spectrum antifungal activity on 7 phytopathogenic fungi. A total of3164 compounds were identified, including 840 alkaloids, 477 shikimate-phenylpropanoids, 453 amino acids/peptides, 410 terpenoids, 347 fatty acids, 173 carbohydrates, 148 polyketides, and 316 other compounds, with a relative content of 21.296%, 16.796%, 19.968%, 9.677%, 18.394%, 8.107%, 1.107%, and 4.657%, respectively. Among which, 40 compounds with a relative content greater than 0.5% were considered the major metabolites in U. dimorpha VDG10. These findings provide a scientific basis for further exploration and utilization of bioactive secondary metabolites from this fungal strain.
