Study on Preventing Avian Coccidiosis with Eupatorium adenophorum

  • 摘要: 用紫茎泽兰叶的8种不同试剂提取物处理鸡球虫卵囊,并将球虫卵囊进行培养,结果显示,经处理后的球虫卵囊平均死亡率显著高于对照组,表明紫茎泽兰提取物能抑制球虫卵囊的发育。再分别用8种提取物处理球虫孢子囊,用处理过的孢子囊接种小鸡,结果显示,处理后的孢子囊感染能力下降,表现为试验组小鸡的病情明显轻于对照组。

     

    Abstract: The avian coccidias ova were cultured after being treated with 8 kinds of extracts from leaves of Eupatorium adenophorum by varied solvents. The results of the experiments showed that the mean mortality rate of the ova treated with the extracts was significantly higher than that of the control. It showed the development of coccidias ova could be inhibited by the extracts from E. adenophorums leaves. And the chicks were inoculated with the coccidias spores treated by the 8 kinds of extracts in the experiment. The result showed that the infecting capacity of the coccidias spores treated by the extracts descended. The symptom of chicks in the control groups was obviously more serious than that of in the experimental groups.
