植物体细胞胚胎发生的生理生化研究进展

Research Advances of Physiological and Biochemical Foundation of Plant Somatic Embryogenesis

  • 摘要: 体细胞胚胎发生在植物中有着广泛的应用前景,不仅是植物进行大规模快速繁殖的重要途径,还为研究细胞全能性提供了理想的实验体系。近几年来,对植物体细胞胚胎发生的研究取得了较大的进展,但同时也存在着一系列的问题有待于进一步解决。根据近几年来的相关研究报道,简述植物体细胞胚胎发生过程中酶类变化、核酸代谢、氨基酸及蛋白质代谢等方面的研究成果,并对体细胞胚胎发生的应用前景和存在问题进行探讨。

     

    Abstract: The gateway of somatic embryogenesis has been extensively applied in plants propagation, it is not only an important method for the rapid propagation in a large scale, but also an ideal experimental system for studying the cell totipotency. Great progress has been made with the study of plant somatic embryogenesis in the past few years, but many problems still remain unsolved in this field. Based on the related reports and literature of recent years, the paper summarized the research results of plant somatic embryogenesis, such as enzymes changes, metabolizability of nucleic acid, amino acid and protein, and it also discussed the application prosperity and the existing problems with plant somatic embryogenesis.
