西南远志5个口山 酮类化合物

Identification on Five Types of Xanthones Abstracted from Polygala crotalarioides

  • 摘要: 从西南远志乙醇提取液中分离得到5个黄酮类化合物,通过现代波谱学方法分别鉴定为:1,7,二甲氧基-2, 3-二羟基口山酮;1, 2, 3-三甲氧基-7-羟基口山酮;1, 3, 6-三羟基-2, 7-二甲氧基口山酮;1, 2, 7-三甲氧基-3-羟基口山酮;1, 2, 3, 7-四甲氧基口山酮。

     

    Abstract: Five types of xanthones were isolated from EtOH extraction of the whole plant of Polygala crotalarioides. By means of spectroscopic analysis, these compounds were identified as 1, 7-dihydroxy-2, 3-dimethoxyxanthone (1); 1, 2, 3-trimethoxy-7-hydroxy-anthone (2); 1, 3, 6-trihydroxy-2, 7-dimethoxyxanthone (3); 1, 2, 7-trimethoxy-3-hy-droxyxanthone (4); 1, 2, 3, 7-tetramethoxyxanthone (5). These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
