丽江双团棘胸蛙热驯化中HSP70表达量的变化

Changes in Expression Level of HSP 70 Protein of Paa yunnanensis in Lijiang under Thermal Acclimation

  • 摘要: 用Western Blotting方法检测在不同温度梯度及不同时间热驯化下,丽江双团棘胸蛙肝脏、心脏、脑及皮肤等器官组织HSP70的表达情况。结果表明:丽江双团棘胸蛙各器官HSP70表达量与热驯化温度和时间长短有关,在15,20,30,35℃热驯化过程中,各温度条件下各器官的HSP70表达水平有差异,表明热效应会影响活体中HSP70蛋白的表达水平。

     

    Abstract: The expression of HSP70 protein in the liver, heart, encephalon and skin of Paa yunnanensis under the different heat acclimation temperature and varied time duration was tested by Western Blotting. The results showed that the expression of HSP70 in different organs of P. yunnanensis in Lijiang was associated with the temperature and the duration of thermal acclimation. There were differences in the expression level of HSP70 under 15℃,20℃,30℃ and 35℃ in different organs, indicating that thermal acclimation could affect the expression level of HSP70 in the living organism of P. yunnanensis.
