不同立地类型大果沙棘生长及生态适应对策差异

Difference in Growth Status and Ecological Adaptability Strategy ofLargeFruit Seabuckthorn under Different Site Conditions

    Abstract: Largefruit seabuckthorn was introduced to grow along highway on the sunny slope, shady slope and the leveled belt to study the growth difference and ecological strategy of the species under different site conditions.The results showed that the plants growing in the leveled belt had the best vegetative growth and biomass accumulation, followed by the plants growing on the shady and sunny slopes.Regarding to clonal propagation capacity, the order of site conditions was the sunny slope, shady slope and the leveled belt.It was found out that there were different propagation strategies for the plants growing in different site conditions.The propagation pattern for the plants on the sunny slope was mainly the sympodial dividing to allocate more biomass to vertical root system, which was characterized with more daughter ramets in small size.Whereas the propagation pattern on the leveled belt was mainly the monopodial dividing to allocate more biomass to propagation organs that was characterized with strong lateral root system, less daughter ramets in large size.
