云南不同地区麻疯树种子微量元素分析

Determination of Microelements in Jatropha curcas Seeds Collected from Different Localities of Yunnan by ICPOES

  • 摘要: 经HNO3HClO4湿法消解样品,使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICPOES)测定不同产地麻疯树种子中必需元素的含量。结果显示:Fe为35~134μg/g ,Cu为26~37μg/g ,Mn为15~41μg/g ,Zn为54~126μg/g,Ca为 5331~7428μg/g, Mg为 9909~11817 μg/g, K为 12735~14503 μg/g,P为 17240~19239μg/g。其中Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn4种元素在各样品中含量差异显著。麻疯树种子中必需元素含量较为丰富。

     

    Abstract: HNO3HClO4 method was applied to digest samples and the contents of essential elements in Jatropha Curcas seeds collected from different localities in Yunnan Province were determined by ICPOES.The results showed that the contents of four trace elements in the J.curcas seeds were: Fe 35-134 μg/g, Cu 26-37 μg/g, Zn 54-126 μg/g, Mn 15-41 μg/g.The other elements contained in J.curcas seeds were Ca 5331-7428μg/g, Mg 9 909-11 817 μg/g, K 12735-14503μg/g, P 17240-19239μg/g.It was indicated that the J.curcas seeds contained plentiful of essential elements.
