长白落叶松层板目测分等及动态弹性模量研究

Research on Visual Grading and Dynamic Modulus of Elasticity of Larix olgensis Laminate

  • 摘要: 分别采用中国GB 50005—2003、日本JAS 1152和美国ASTM D245-2006等3个标准对长白落叶松层板进行目测分等,并用机械应力分等机对其进行无损检测。通过比较分析3个标准目测分等结果与机械应力检测结果得出:3个标准中,中国标准的目测分等结果与美国标准近似,日本标准对木材节子的要求最为严格;机械应力检测结果基本符合正态分布,偏度是-0.0749,数据整体偏小且分布较为集中;较之中国标准和美国标准,日本标准目测分等结果与机械应力检测结果的相互印证更好。

     

    Abstract: The Larix olgensis laminate was visually graded respectively with Chinese standard GB 50005—2003, Japanese standard JAS 1152 and American standard ASTM D245-2006.Then the nondestructive test was done by MSR. It was concluded by comparing and analyzing the visual grading results and MSR test results that the result from visual grading according to Chinese standard was similar to that from the American standard, the Japanese standard was the strictest with knots. The result of MSR test basically conformed to normal distribution, the skewness was -0.0749, the testing data were generally small and concentratively distributed. Compared with Chinese standard and American standard, the visual grading result by Japanese standard showed a better confirmation with MSR test result.
