微波化学活化法制备活性炭的研究

Study on the Preparation of Activated Carbon with Microwaveassisted Chemical Activation

  • 摘要: 以马尾松木屑为原料,碳酸钾为活化剂,对微波法制备活性炭进行研究。以亚甲基蓝吸附值及活性炭得率为指标,考察活化剂浸渍时间、浸渍比、微波辐照时间及微波功率对制备活性炭的影响,并对制备的活性炭吸附等温线及比表面积进行表征。

     

    Abstract: The preparation of activated carbon from sawdust of Pinus massoniana was studied with microwaveassisted chemical activation using potassium carbonate as activator. The effects of impregnating time, ratio of potassium carbonate to pine sawdust, microwave irradiation time and microwave power on the properties of activated carbons were explored, and both the adsorption isotherm and special surface area of activated carbon were characterized by taking absorptive value of methylene blue and the yield of activated carbon as indicators.
