竹炭超微粉制备与性能结构初步研究

Preliminary Study on Preparation and Characteristics of Ultrafine Bamboo Charcoal Powder

  • 摘要: 采用高能球磨法制备竹炭超微粉,并对其性能结构进行初步分析。结果表明,与原颗粒竹炭相比,经球磨后的竹炭粒径明显减小,碘吸附值增加,体积电阻率下降。利用高能球磨法可制得微米级至亚微米级的不规则多边形竹炭超微粉。

     

    Abstract: Preparation and characteristics of the ultrafine bamboo charcoal powder were discussed and the preliminary analysis on the properties and structure of the powder was conducted. The results showed that the particle size of the ultrafine bamboo charcoal powder prepared by using highenergy ball milling method was much smaller, the iodine number increased, whereas the electrical resistivity decreased compared to the ordinary bamboo charcal granules.
