用剖面密度分析仪测试藤材横截面密度研究

Study on Transverse Section Density of Some Rattan Materials with Profile Density Analysis Apparatus

  • 摘要: 以3种商品藤材为试材,比较其横截面上的密度差异,研究一种新的藤材横截面密度测试方法。结果表明:糯藤的密度比较均匀,且密度较高,是优质家具用材;大白藤次之;空心藤横截面密度变化极大,只有藤皮可以利用,藤心部分不具利用价值。用剖面密度分析仪测试藤材横截面密度是切实可行的,具有应用价值,可为藤材的加工利用提供性能指标。

     

    Abstract: A new testing method for the transverse section density of rattan materials was studied by taking three commercial rattan species as experimental materials to compare the density difference in the transverse section. The results showed that the density of ‘Nuo’ rattan was comparatively uniform with high transverse section density, which indicated this species was good raw material for superior furniture making. The quality of ‘Dabai’ rattan ranked the second. The transverse section density of ‘Kongxin’ rattan varied greatly, only the outer part of the rattan could be used for furniture making while the inner part was not valuable. It was feasible and practical to measure the transverse section density of the rattan materials by applying the profile density analysis apparatus, which could provide the processing and utilization of the rattan materials with natural properties.
