腾冲红花油茶籽油主要理化成分分析

Analysis on the Main Physical and Chemical Composition of Camellia reticulate f. simpex Seed Oil

  • 摘要: 对云南9个代表性种群的腾冲红花油茶籽油的主要理化成分进行分析。结果表明:比重、折光指数、酸值和过氧化值的变化幅度依次为09032~09159d40/40、14700~14736n40、03450~07505mg/g、119051~336299meq/kg;通过气相色谱法分析,腾冲红花油茶籽油富含不饱和脂肪酸,含量为8211%~8404%;并且富含钙、磷、钾等矿质元素。

     

    Abstract: The main physical and chemical composition of the seed oil extracted from plants of 9 representative populations of Camellia reticulate f. simpex seed oil in Yunnan Province was analyzed. The results showed that the indexes of specific gravity, refractive index, acid value and peroxide value were 0.9032~0.9159 d40/40, 14700~14736n40, 03450~07505 mg/g, 11.9051~336299 meq/kg respectively. Determined by gas chromatography analysis, the seed oil of Camellia reticulate f. simpex was not only rich in unsaturated fatty acids with the content 8211%~8404%, but also rich in calcium, phosphorus, potassium and other mineral elements
