Preliminary Study on Adjuvant Selection for a Biocontrol Trichoderma atroviride Power Formulation

  • 摘要: 继初步研究酷绿木霉TR1与多种常用载体和润湿分散剂的生物相容性后,通过菌丝生长速率测定法和孢子萌发率法进一步对与TR1有良好生物相容性的稳定剂、紫外保护剂和保水剂进行筛选。结果表明:4种稳定剂中,CMC-Na对TR1菌丝的生长无明显影响,在低浓度下对孢子萌发的影响与对照没有显著差异;5种紫外保护剂中,糊精和黄原胶对TR1菌丝生长和孢子萌发没有影响,与TR1具有良好的生物相容性;保水剂在碳源不充足的情况下可给菌丝的生长提供碳源,在含保水剂的培养基上,空气湿度对孢子萌发的影响较小。

     

    Abstract: Based on the preliminary studies on the biological compatibility of Trichoderma atroviride (TR1) with different types of commonly used carriers and wettable power adjuvants, the stabilizers, UV protection agents and hydrogels with appropriate biological compatibility with TR1 were screened by means of measuring the hypha growth rate and the spore germination rate. The results showed that mycelium growth of TR1 was not significantly influenced by CMC-Na stabilizers, and TR1 spore germination rate in the culture medium with low concentration of CMC-Na stabilizer was not significantly different from the control. Among five types of the UV protection agents. Both dextrin and xanthan gum showed favorable biological compatibility to TR1, which did not have much influence upon the growth of TR1 mycelium, either. It was showed that the hydrogel tested did not impact the growth of TR1 mycelium, it could also provide the TR1 mycelium growth with carbon source when there was in case a short of carbon in the culture medium. The relative humidity had little impact on TR1 spore germination on the culture medium with hydrogel. The study results provided the wettable powder formulation research development for TR1 with theoretical foundation.
