4种景天科植物耐热性测定

Study on the Heattolerance of Four Species in Family Crassulaceae

  • 摘要: 采用电导率方法,根据Logistic方程,计算4种景天科植物的高温半致死温度,比较植物的耐热性强弱。结果表明:4种景天科植物叶片高温处理温度与细胞伤害率之间呈现“S”型曲线,通过显著性检验,符合Logistic方程;根据公式测得几种植物的高温半致死温度分别为,佛甲草6024℃,反曲景天54.69℃,红叶景天52.81℃,八宝景天62.81℃;依据半致死温度,对4种景天科植物的抗热性排序,依次为八宝景天>佛甲草>反曲景天>红叶景天。

     

    Abstract: The heat tolerance of four species in the family of Crassulaceae was comparatively studied by measuring their half lethal temperature with the relative electricity conductivity method and calculating the data with Logistic equation.The results showed that the relationship between the temperature for leaf treatment of the four plant species and the relative electricity conductivity varied in the ‘S’ curve model,which was accorded with Logistic equation proven by significance test.Calculated with the formulas,the half lethal temperatures of the four plant species were Sedum lineare 6024℃;S.reflexum 5469℃;S.spurium‘Coccineum’ 5281℃and Sedum spectabile 6281℃.According to the half lethal temperature,the heat tolerance of the four species in family Crassulaceae was in the order of Sedum spectabile>S.lineare>S.reflexum>S.spurium ‘Coccineum’.
