蓖麻秆的理化性能与工业化利用

Physiochenmical Properties and Industrialized Utilization of Ricinus communis Stalk

  • 摘要: 为了更好地利用蓖麻秆资源,对其原料的理化性能进行研究,并与杨木的化学成分进行比较。结果表明:蓖麻秆的理化性能优良,与杨木的化学成分相近,从理论上证明了利用蓖麻秆进行工业化生产的可行性。针对蓖麻秆原料的季节性和分布不均匀性,提出“农民—经纪人—企业”三位一体的蓖麻秆收集模式和单一型、交替型和复合型3种利用模式,使蓖麻秆工业化生产可产生明显的经济效益和生态效益。

     

    Abstract: The physical and chemical properties of Ricinus communis stalk were studied and compared with those of poplar wood in order to make better use of the crop residue resource.The results showed that the R.communis stalk had superior physical and chemical properties,and its chemical composition was similar to that of poplar,which theoretically proved the feasibility that the stalk might be used as raw material for industrialized production.The “farmer-broker-corporation” trinity collection model for the raw material and the pure,alternative and integrated three types of utilization models were proposed to overcome the disadvantageous factors such as seasonal yield and uneven temporal distribution of the raw material supply,and to achieve significant economical and ecological benefits from the industrialized production with R.communis stalk as the raw material.
